Service Requests and Quotes

Submitting the service request form starts a conversation; it is not a binding appointment or a final price. Any estimate we give is based on the information available at the time. The actual diagnosis, parts, labor, and final cost are confirmed with you after we've inspected your vehicle — and, as our shop promise goes, we call you before doing any work and never sell you what you don't need.

What We Do and Don't Handle

NorthSide Garage is a mechanical repair shop. We handle engine, brake, electrical, diagnostic, AC and heating, cooling, suspension and steering, exhaust, fuel, starting and charging, tires, and general maintenance work. For specialized repairs, ask the team to confirm whether we can handle your vehicle and the work it needs.

Warranties

As a NAPA AutoCare Center, qualifying repairs may be covered by the NAPA warranty. The specific terms of any warranty on your repair are provided at the time of service. Nothing on this website is itself a warranty.

Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, and design on this site are the property of NorthSide Garage. The photos are of our actual shop and work. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
