Is it the battery or the alternator?
They can feel the same from the driver's seat. We test both, because a new battery will not help if the alternator is not charging it, and a good alternator cannot save a dead battery. Testing first saves you from buying the wrong part.
My car clicks but will not start. What is that?
A rapid click is often a weak or dead battery, while a single click can point to the starter or a connection. We test the battery, starter and charging system to tell you which it actually is.
My battery keeps dying. Why?
It could be a battery at the end of its life, a charging fault, or a parasitic drain from something staying powered when the car is off. We measure it rather than guess, and Minnesota cold makes a weak battery show its age fast.
