Why is my car AC blowing warm?
The most common cause is low refrigerant from a leak, but it can also be the compressor, a clutch, or an electrical fault. A recharge without fixing the leak is a short-term band-aid, so we test the system to find the actual cause.
My heater is not getting warm. Is that serious?
It can be low coolant, a stuck thermostat, a heater core issue, or a blend door that is not moving. In a Minnesota winter, weak heat and poor defrost are also a safety issue, so it is worth checking promptly.
Can you just recharge my AC?
We can, but if the system lost its charge there is usually a leak somewhere. We would rather find it so you are not back in a month with the same warm air. We will explain your options either way.
